Trainings

Trainings represent an accelerated course to learn the method. The main exercises and the method are taught during the training.

Trainings are conducted on average during 3 days, 4-5 hours a day.

Tatyana conducts the following trainings:

Trainings
Intimate gymnastics. Female charm (for women) Intimate gymnastics. Male charm (for men) Yin Yang (pair work) Training for shorts or ideal buttocks in 5 days

For women: you will have to buy special equipment for the trainings (a wooden egg with a ribbon which holds the weight). You should cover the egg with a condom, better if it is meant for ultrasound investigation.

If you use an ordinary condom, then you will have to remove oil from it with a wet napkin. After that put on a fingerstall and insert the egg into the vagina as if it is a tampon.

Uniform: comfortable sportswear with a little hole in the perineum area (for women).

"Intimate Gymnastics" program trainings will be available in the U.S. April-December of 2010.

Any group member(s), organizational leadership, corporation, and network organizers can arrange trainings as a membership benefit to all of it's members. Tatyana Kozhevnikova is willing to cooperate with organizations in arranging training classes for it's members, retreats, and any other creative organizing to promote the benefits of our trainings to it's members. Please be advised that Tatyana can only schedule trainings upon the arrangement of 4 classes of 50 registrants. Upon procuring 100 registrants, we will begin the process of scheduling training dates and arranging for Tatyana Kozhevnikova and her interpreter's arrival in the designated U.S. city of trainings. Tatyana will gladly travel to any U.S. city that has interest in her trainings. Please note that Tatyana will have to travel from Russia, therefore, we have to make her visit worthy and why we ask for their to be at least 100 registrants before we can arrange her schedule.
