What do you consider to be sexual potential of woman? Is it possible to develop it by yourself? |
Answer: Orgasm is a meeting of something infinite with something finite. This is striving for fulfilling your sexual wishes that you couldn’t do before. The reasons could be: uneasiness, fear of being misunderstood or too dissolute. Or the man with you does not correspond to you spiritually and physically. Children, work, constant tiredness. These are not all reasons. Well, how to develop sexual potential? It is necessary to examine closely yourself, your body, to study erotogenic zones, you may play sexual games in bed, do intimate gymnastics, developing your sensuality. |

What lead you to development such a unique methods as intimate gymnastics? Were there any motives? |
Answer: Of course, there were. After childbirth my intimate muscles weakened. And I didn’t feel what I would like to in bed. But I have always felt it is possible. The book “Perfection of woman’s sexual energy” stroke my hands and I began to study it. At first I couldn’t keep the weight of 100 grams with my intimate muscles. But my muscles have been becoming stronger gradually, I have become more sensual, more harmonious in sexual life, began to understand men and their sexual wishes better and more deeply. |

Do you think woman becomes more sensual to meet her intimate wishes and her sexual partner’s wishes with the help of your exercises? |
Answer: Of course you are going to become more sensual, you will have learnt to manage every of your muscles and every section of vagina separately. Sensual women are always more relaxed, they feel with deeply, excite man competently, they guide man according to their feelings. That’s great! |

How do you succeed in keeping the weight of 14 kg with your intimate muscles? |
Answer:

The process itself of keeping weight is very simple. Woman inserts a wooden egg in which a string (a cord) is put through in her vagina |

This weight is fixed on this string. |

The weight is kept by pelvis ligaments, buttocks and partly by vagina. |

But I don’t advise you to repeat my result. It took many years to train. And in general it is enough to keep the muscles in tone for your health and sexual life. And you will always be sexy! |

Is exercise stress for intimate muscles, buttocks and hips muscles always good and necessary for woman’s health? |
Answer: Buttocks, hips, intimate muscles and belly bottom are always woman’s weak spots. It is difficult to feel them and especially to pull them up without special training. My complex is unique and it gives you quick result. All these muscles are very important for health. They hold internal genitals, especially uterus and ligaments. |

ÂÎÏÐÎÑ: Do you think achieving of orgasm is necessary to get true sexual pleasure? |
Of course yes. Because – and it was not thought out by me – woman is properly happy in full measure only if she is satisfied in her sexual life, every woman and every man always want to feel orgasm. |

How do men treat sex with such a woman? |
Answer: Once a man confessed to me that he was intimate with a woman who was able to manage her intimate muscles. Now he is looking for such a woman the whole his life. |

Are there any contra-indications for intimate gymnastics exercises? |
Yes, there are. These are inflammatory processes and tumor masses.
Also you shouldn’t train in postoperative period.
In all other cases do intimate gymnastics in any age – from 18 till... But don’t forget to consult with gynaecologist. |
